Every Accor stay, reviewed the same way, every time

The white corner building with its rooftop sign and palm trees at the entrance. It is small and stylish, a designer city hotel, and sadly it has closed. 2.9

The corner facade of the 21c, a big brick building that looks impressive from the outside. I stayed 18 nights in this boutique hotel. 3.6

The Saône in Lyon with a small boat, the Saint-Jean cathedral and the Fourvière basilica on the hill above. Everything I wanted to reach in the city was within walking distance of the hotel. 2.9

The beautiful old French facades with balconies on the small square, with a pharmacy sign among them. From the outside, the building looks far more stylish than it feels inside. 2.2

Powell Street at night, with the cable car tracks and the lit-up sign of the Hotel Stratford. The cable cars run right past the door, and you hear the city in the room. 3.1

The Mercure Warszawa Centrum seen from the side, with the Mercure sign on the corner of the facade. It sits in the middle of Warsaw, on the other side of the Palace of Culture from the Novotel. 3.4

The view from the top floor, far over the city and the lovely park across the street. On my day there was a demonstration down there, and I could unfortunately hear it in the room. 3.2
Novotel · Room 903, 9th floor

Novotel Vilnius Centre

The brand-new ibis Vilnius Centre, with its ibis sign and flowers by the entrance. There is a construction site right in front of the hotel, so I had to look past that. 3.1

The illuminated TRIBE sign on a natural stone wall at night. The hotel is in an old building that has been renovated to a very high standard. 4.0
